My mom recently fell and was admitted into fountain valley. When she was discharge they recommended 247 care at home. I so glad they did because we met our physical therapist Ngoc Bui. She was so compassionate and helpful with my mom’s care. We’ve had other PT before but she is hands down the best therapist we ever work with. Thank you 247 for sending her.

Hay nhất là các em nói được tiếng Việt nên cụ ông hiểu hướng dẫn để tập theo. I am incredibly graceful for exceptional care from 1 & 1 Home Visit Nurses Services, Leyna, Emily and Thao during home visit to care for my mother. They have demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a deep commitment for my mother's well being.Three of them consistently communicated with us about my mother's condition and care plan. Kymberly is the best. She drove out of her way to come help my wife get her IV treatments because we wanted someone who can speak Vietnamese. Kymberly handled everything with care and was very knowledgeable and talked us through the whole process. She is incredibly experienced and made us feel like we were in very good hands. The IV treatments helped my wife a lot. Grateful for Kymberly and her warm thoughtful caảe.

My 96-year-old mother was referred by Dr. Lynn to 24/7 homecare services, and we are very impressed with the professional and responsively of the team. Mọi người thật sự chuyên nghiệp khi mang niềm vui khỏa lấp nỗi đau đớn bịnh tật cho Ba chúng tôi. Chị Kimberly và Mộng Hằng tính tình hiền hậu, thân thiện, hướng dẫn chúng tôi cách chăm sóc cụ thể.Đặc biệt chị Mộng Hằng, Ba và chúng tôi gọi chị là" Cô Tiên " chị thật tuyệt vời trên cả tuyệt vời, chị thành thạo, nhẹ nhàng, khéo léo mỗi lần thay ống dẫn tiểu cho Ba chúng tôi (ông bị ung thư nhiếp hộ tuyến.Trước đây ở nhà thương mỗi lần thay ống tiểu là ông la khóc đau đớn lắm, sau mỗi lần thay ống là ông nằm xụi lơ )Bây giờ cô tiên Mộng Hằng cho Ba tôi nở nụ cười và nói: "cảm ơn cô đã cứu con"Còn 2 tháng nữa là Ba tôi đạt tuổi hạc thứ 100. I couldn’t be more happy of the care provided by 24/7 Care at Home. My mom and grandma have been well taken care of over the years by them but we’ve needed their support and help even more so recently after my grandmother was discharged home from the hospital. Emily Nguyen (Director of Patient Care Services) has been absolutely exceptional going over and beyond to help coordinate care. Nurses Kimberly and Thao Le have been so kind, professional, and gentle with collecting labs and straight caths. PT team has been absolutely amazing with Peter Nguyen and John Huynh. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - you guys are true rockstars. This is coming from someone who has been in the medical field for many years. Thank you and we are grateful.
